View your profile and stay in the loop by setting up notifications relating to your cards activity.

Who can access the user profile and notification settings?

All Cardholders can access the notification settings; they’re personal to your app experience only.

Finding the user profile and notification settings

Dash and profile

On the dashboard screen – select the person icon to access the profile and notification settings.

This screen shows your user profile and useful info such as when you last signed in and the app version (could be useful if ever talking to support about an issue). It also is where you can manage your push notifications for cards activity.

Signing out of the app

This screen is also where you can sign out of the app, or find links to help and support. 

Push notification settings

Toggle on or off the notifications you wish to receive. Make sure notifications are also turned on in your phone’s system notification settings – there you can manage how your phone delivers your notifications. The settings in the Modulr app sets which notifications you want to receive.

Available notifications

Notification Details
Transactions You’ll see a notification on your lock screen each time you make a transaction. Tap the notification to be taken to the transaction details view – easy to then add a receipt. 
Missing receipts We’ll send a weekly reminder to add any outstanding receipts.
