Currencycloud is a licensed E-money Institution and authorised payments institution operating across a number of countries worldwide. Modulr has a partnership with Currencycloud, who provide the regulated payments, e-money, and FX services available through your Modulr AP account – including payments, e-wallets, and FX conversions.

Your relationships at a glance

With Modulr – Modulr is your primary point of contact and owns the relationship with you. We are responsible for your day-to-day support and for all services related to your account that fall outside regulated payments and e-money services.

With Currencycloud – by using Modulr AP, you also enter into a relationship with Currencycloud, who are responsible for providing the regulated payment and e-money services to you under this arrangement.
