View all accounts you have access in the Modulr Mobile app. Also see which accounts need funding.
Who can view accounts?
All users who have account view access can see accounts in the Modulr mobile app.
Delegates, and those with access to multiple Customers can see the accounts of each of their customers once they select a Customer.
How to find your accounts
Direct Customers
The accounts list is the first screen view you see after you sign in to the app. Alternatively, select the ‘Accounts’ tab at the bottom.

How to find your Customers’ accounts
Delegates or Partners, or users with multiple Customers
The Customers list is the first view you see after you sign in to the app. If you’re in a different view (e.g. a Customer’s view of their accounts or approvals) select ‘Customers’ at the top to go back to the Customers list.
Each Customer in the list shows if they have any approvals or funding outstanding (use the filter tabs along the top to drill into these views). From the list you can use the search to find a customer, or scroll and select one to view their accounts, and approvals and funding requirements.

Viewing accounts
Once you're viewing the list of accounts, you'll see it's split into two tabs at the top – ‘All’ and ‘Funding’.
- All – all the accounts you have access to
 - Funding – shows only those accounts that require funds – if payments have been approved and are now awaiting funds, they will show in this filtered view.
 
Viewing account details
Select an account to view further details of the account such as the Modulr account ID (which may be needed for support calls etc)
