Viewing cards in the app

You can view all cards you have access to in the app, to view transactions and manage receipts.

Cards list – default

Who can view cards?

All cardholders can view their cards in the app. Cardholders only see their own cards.

Finding the cards list

Select the ‘cards’ icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen to view the cards list.

What does the cards list show?

The cards list shows every card in your name – i.e., the cards for which you're the cardholder.

Searching, filtering and sorting the cards list

Cards sort and filter

  • Search for a card using the search box at the top – cards can be found by the card name or number.
  • Select the filter icon to filter by status (initialised, active, frozen, suspended, cancelled, expired) – you can select multiples. Also, you can sort the order the cards are displayed (name: a-z, name: z-a, Newest first, Oldest first).

What do the card statuses mean?

Status Details
Initialised Card is set up but not yet fully activated
Active Card has been activated and is available to use
Frozen  Payments are temporarily blocked. Cardholders can freeze cards themselves if e.g they think the card’s details have been compromised, and also unfreeze. Admins can also freeze other Cardholders' cards.*
Suspended The card has been suspended – this may happen if Modulr detects fraud
Cancelled Card has been cancelled – this can be a date set at creation that is before the natural expiry date. Admins can cancel other Cardholders' cards.
Expired Card has met it’s expiration date and can no longer be used

*If you’re a cardholder and your card was frozen by an administrator, you’ll see Unfreeze disabled when viewing the card. Contact your Admin to unfreeze.
