Delegates Overview
About Delegates
What is a Delegate?
A Delegate is a third party, e.g. an Accountant, who (depending on your setup) you can give access to your accounts. The Delegate can then securely manage your accounts, set up payments and monitor approvals etc for you.
Delegates can use Modulr with other accounting or Payroll software such as Brightpay, Iris or Sage to manage customers' payments and accounts.
As a business using Modulr, when you give access to a Delegate, you can control what they are able to do by assigning a role level to them, e.g. you may want them to be able to view accounts and set up payments, but not be able to make a final approval etc.
Using the Modulr Portal as a Delegate
Once you're signed up and set up in the Modulr Portal, go here to learn about features and capabilities of the Delegate Dashboard.
