How Do I Change My Password?

If you need to change your password for any reason, follow the information below for the portal you're using. 

The Modulr Portal

You can change your Modulr Portal password at any time once you're signed in following these simple steps: Changing your password requires an Authy authentication. You need to be signed in to do this.

  1. Select your name in the top right of the Modulr portal.
  2. Select ‘View profile’
  3. Your user details are displayed, along with a button where you can change your password
  4. Select ‘Change password’
  5. Enter your current password, along with your new password.
  6. You’ll receive an Authy notification to finish.

Sage users: Sage users also change their password here but will be redirected to Sage to complete the process.

Accounts Payable (AP)

To change your password in the Accounts Payable portal:

  1. Sign out

  2. On the sign in screen select 'Forgot Password'

  3. This will take you through the secure reset password process.
