How do I deactivate my Accounts Payable (Formerly Nook) account?
How to cancel your subscription and deactivate your account
You can deactivate and cancel your Accounts Payable subscription at any time and your subscription will end on the 1st day of the next calendar month, regardless of the cancellation date. Deactivating your account cannot be undone.
To cancel:

Click on 'Profile' in the navigation and navigate to 'My Profile'
- Click on 'Your companies' and Leave all companies you are associated with. Before deleting your account, you must leave all the companies associated with your user before deleting the account.
- Click on 'Deactivate account' and then 'Deactivate your account'
Once you deactivate your account, any data associated with you held on Modulr Accounts Payable will be removed or anonymised, dependent on our legal requirements.
