How to search Pending Payments
- Navigate to Pending Payments (see above depending on your user type).
- Selecting ‘Search and filter’ will open a section where you can enter criteria to search. You can search by the BID (The payment reference starting with a P- ) if you know it, or set a date range to search within.
- You can also filter the pending payments list by status: Pending, Error or Cancelled.
Note
The Pending Payments page only displays payments from the last seven days. Using search will locate any older pending payments.
